This chalet is centrally located in the beautiful village of Laax, with a lovely garden featuring a lounge and a balcony with a stunning view. In winter: The house is a 2-minute walk from the ski bus stop, and a 5-minute walk from the ice rink and the beginner's pony lift. In summer: The house is a 4-minute walk from the lake and the indoor swimming pool, and 5 minutes from the newly opened longest treetop path in the world (Senda dil Dragun).

Peaceful, sunny location just 2 minutes from the ski bus stop. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find the lake, beginner's lift, ice rink, indoor pool with spa, the world’s longest treetop path (Senda dil Dragun), 3 restaurants, and the doctor. The mostly flat walk to shops takes just 7 minutes.
Guest Access
You will have access to the whole right half of the house, the shared laundry room, the ski and boot dryers downstairs and 2 outside parking spaces.

Location
Walking on quiet streets allows you to easily reach the lake, shops, restaurants, and public transportation (and the local shuttle). In winter a shuttle to the ski resorts leaves 2 minutes walking from the house. The house is at Via Geinas 2
